Introduction

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be a tremendous time-saving resource for the modern office worker. From quickly drafting correspondence to crunching data and performing a wide range of monotonous tasks, AI can serve as a faithful personal assistant. When harnessed appropriately, this technology can significantly enhance productivity while still maintaining the high standards expected in the workplace.

Writing and Email Assistance

AI can be trained to write professional emails and adjust the output to sound more human, summarize and analyze long email threads to and from management, and provide advanced grammar and spell-checking with context-awareness that goes far beyond basic spell-checker features.

Data Comparison and Analysis

Officer workers can upload their spreadsheets to the platform of their choice and ask the AI to compare and contrast the numbers, highlight any discrepancies or trends, and articulate the reasons behind changes in language. Please caveat all output with “Verify before acting on this information.”

Document Summarization
