Used correctly and with thoughtful intent, the technology truly streamlines our application materials, showcasing our experience in a logical format and helping us secure more opportunities.
Resume Tailoring
Makes the hiring process easier and more efficient. The technology can compare a resume to a job posting and produce a list of suggested keywords for applicant tracking systems (ATS). It can also take the experience information listed on a resume and reorder it to match the keywords the hiring manager will be looking for.
Cover Letters
We can provide a job description and use a cover letter generator to draft our cover letter. Please keep in mind that we should edit and tailor the response to our specific needs and situation.
Interview Preparation
Artificial intelligence can be used to generate mock interview questions and also to assist with writing behavioral answers using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach.
